Mail Order Philosophy & Return Policy
At The Bean Cuisine Espresso Bar we take pride in the quality of our coffee, flavored coffees, loose leaf teas and Torani syrups. To ensure you receive the best of what we have to offer, we follow a precise shipping schedule via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Our first priority is fresh products for our customers. That means shipping as soon as we can and keeping you happy. We ask your patience after placing your order and know we look forward to all feedback to improve shipping services.
We gladly accept unopened and unused product within 30 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. Orders cancelled or returned due to the customer's error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. We recommend you insure and track the package.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If your online order is defective or missing, please contact us and include your order number and the list of missing/defective items. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipped 3X Weekly
All orders received by Sunday at 5 pm will be roasted and shipped on Monday. All orders received by Tuesday at 5 pm will be roasted and shipped on Wednesday. All orders received by Thursday at 5 pm will be roasted and shipped on Friday. Any orders received after these cut-off times will be shipped the following roast day.
Shipping in the U.S.
Typically, a package shipped with the USPS Priority service takes 2-3 business days to reach the recipient. We have seen many packages arrive within 1 or 2 days; and we have seen some packages take up to 5 days. While we would like to see every package reach you within the shortest amount of time possible, please understand that we can only control the shipping process until the USPS has received your package.
